Wall balls are a great strength and conditioning tool, as they can be used for basic wall balls, side throws, ab crunches, and can even be carried on a run to add intensity to cardio workouts. Constructed of heavy duty stitching for extra strength and durability, the Wall Ball Pro will withstand the most rigorous routine and competition. The vinyl shell will also enhance grip. Each Wall Ball Pro has a high-density stuffing that keeps the rubber chip core centered, keeping the weight balanced during use. For wall balls, hold the ball at chest level with your feet shoulder width apart, and shoulders back. With your elbows under the ball, descend into a squat with your weight over your heels. Drive upwards with your back straight, engage your hips, and throw the ball vertically into the wall. Catch it on the rebound and descend back into the squat to repeat repetitions. As you become more advanced, you will be able to cycle the repetitions by descending into the squat as you catch the rebound. With large white print, you will easily be able to identify the weight of the ball which is indicated on the front panel. The Wall Ball Pro also includes a strong loop on both sides of the stitching to easily pick up the ball, or to grip during your workout. Weights available: 6lb, 10lb, 12lb, 14lb, 20lb, 25lb, and 30lb.
